The ingredients of the mustard products from Den Bornholmske Sennepsfabrik include mustard seeds and beer from Bornholm.
The mustard factory’s basic product is a classic Bornholm mustard made for the palates of the people of Bornholm: medium hot, sweet and slightly fluid.
Bornholm Mustard is ideal wherever mustard is preferred: with sausages, cheeses and as sandwich spread as well as in sauces, glazes and dressings.
The “Kofoed” line was developed for quality-conscious consumers and is available in different varieties to suit almost every taste. The variety containing dill and Bornholm rapeseed oil is a popular condiment for smoked salmon and marinated salmon (gravad lax).
