Our butter cookies are made by master baker Karsten Mortensen of Nexø, Bornholm.
The master baker specialises in baking high-quality cookies. Quality ingredients, time-honoured recipes and respect for the craft are the hallmarks of each product he makes.
The elegant packets contain 100 g net of two varieties: the lovely roulade “rix-dollars” with cocoa and the master baker’s version of classic Florentines.
The cookies in the packet are crisp and delicious. A tasty morsel together with a cup of coffee or tea. They are suitable hostess gifts or as part of a gift parcel along with other splendid products.
Many people tell us they could not have baked them better themselves.
The small fine cookies are largely handmade and it is especially difficult to find two identical “rix-dollars”.
