Baked spelt snacks

Master Baker Thorsen of Hasle bakes these delicious snacks using organic Bornholm spelt flour.

They taste delicious all by themselves but are also splendid when served with one or more tasty dips.

The other ingredients are yeast, sea salt, organic cold-pressed olive oil and water.

Spelt snacks are presented in a practical transparent bag with a zip-lock and bottom which enables them to stand upright, both on shop shelves and in consumer cupboards.
